Our grotto is ready for spring! A huge shout out to Regan Hennis who delivered more "seating" to accommodate more students, as well as our strong 8th graders who rolled them into place! Stop by and check it out! It is so peaceful praying at the grotto!

Last weekend, the Cub Scouts had their annual awards ceremony at Iron Coyote. Known as the Blue & Gold Banquet, the ceremony celebrates the achievements of each Cub Scout over the past year. It includes a rite of passage for the oldest and highest-ranking Cub Scouts, who've completed the requirements to "cross the bridge" and become Boy Scouts. Members of Boy Scout Troop 20, from St. Mary's Catholic Church, were on hand to welcome the new crossovers from Pack 55. Good luck to our new alumni as they continue on their journey as Boy Scouts; and congrats to our Cub Scouts on all of their accomplishments!

Another awesome Super Saint week! We loved learning more about Ryan!❤

On Friday, our saints spend much needed time in Adoration. Throughout the day, some of our older saints help the little ones genuflect before Jesus. It is a beautiful thing to see! Thankful for the gift of Catholic education!

Making the best of a rainy recess!

Our 1st grade Cub Scouts enjoyed an epic night last week at the Children's Discovery Museum. The Scouts examined artwork, made paintings, and used tangrams to create patterns and designs, all while earning an art badge in the process! After the art stations, the boys performed an improv show and then played throughout the entire museum! What a night!

PreK 3 learned that flowers need certain things ( dirt, water, and sun) so they can grow. During Lent we need to pray, fast and give so we can grow closer to God.

We love studying about exercise in PreK 3!

Mrs. K's class is working on drawing conclusions. This week they worked with partners to figure out the "owners" of some Mystery Bags.😀

Do you know . . . In which hand does the Statue of Liberty hold her torch?

5th graders took part in a Zoom call with author Terry Lynn Johnson today. Both classes are reading a book written by Mrs. Johnson. Students created questions to ask, and Mrs. Johnson also showed us the parts of a dog sled and explained the different jobs of the sled dogs.
