Mrs. McConnell's Class celebrating Polar Express Day
We made elf hats, wrapped gifts for our parents, made jingle bell bracelets and enjoyed hot chocolate.

Two spots left for this event!

Fourth-grade is exploring the differences between sugar cane and sugar beets as a part of their Christmas Agriculture unit in STEAM. They also read the true story of the Christmas candy bomber and made homemade gum drops to celebrate the holiday! 🎄

Happy 88th Birthday, Pope Francis!

Our Corpus Christi Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts braved the weather to place wreaths on 425 graves this afternoon as a part of Wreaths Across America. Every time a scout places a wreath they say the soldiers name, thank them for their service and say a prayer for their soul. A small gesture that means so much to the families of our local fallen heroes. Well done, Scouts! 💙⚜️💛

Our amazing 7th grade girls battled tonight for 3rd place in 2A state! Down at the half, they rallied and owned the 4th quarter! All round team effort. Up next, our 8th grade 🏀⚜️.

Our 8th grade Girls Basketball team is headed to state! Good Luck Girls! GO SAINTS!!!

3rd Grade saved the day in Tech Class! They used Ozobot Line Coding to help Santa and the Reindeer deliver presents from the North Pole!

6th grade Technology students have been waiting for this day for weeks! They designed and 3D printed bubble wands! The unusual 50 degree December day allowed us to mix bubble solutions and try out our wands!

Fr. Derick visited 7th grade Aspire classes! We have been creating Advent Kindness calendars. He related to this by explaining a quote "If you want to change the world, start by making your bed!" Charity starts at home. If you make your bed and help with chores at home it will become a habit. Then when you leave home you will continue those small acts of kindness at school, in the hallway saying hi, picking up after yourself at lunch and helping others when they are sad. Thank you Fr. Derick!

Doors to the St Pats Sanctuary will open at 5:30 PM.
Students stay with parents until we line up at 5:45 PM

Our Builders Club loves volunteering at St Vincent de Paul each Monday afternoon, thank you to all of the volunteers for welcoming our Saints in to help serve our community!

Thank you to all for sharing the Night of Wonder with us! From the hot cocoa to carols and live nativity, it was all perfect! Wishing you all peace during this holy and blessed time of advent while we anxiously wait to celebrate the birth of Our Lord!

Fourth grade didn't let the cold weather ruin our recess!

We have officially celebrated our first Corpus Christi Thanksgiving Parade! The 5th graders designed and created balloons and floats in STEAM class. Then, they coded their floats on Finch robots in Tech. The final result was a fabulous parade down the hallway for our PreK friends!

Just a reminder: Chess Club is next Friday! Looking forward to seeing everyone on the 13th!
