Our Pre-K summer program loves the opportunity to have morning circle time outside!
Nine students from Corpus Christi attended the annual Cub Scout day camp this year, hosted by the local scout district. The scouts finished the week with a presentation by the Miller Park Zoo, a nature hike, toy boat races, water games, a campfire, and skits. Well done, scouts!
Our Cub Scouts enjoyed their fourth day of camp catching fish, cooking bread, running an obstacle course, making leather pouches, and learning how to play marbles. Another great day in the books!

We were so blessed to have a special visitor on our last day of school! Alumni Fr. Daniel Dionesotes came for our last all school Mass and spoke to the students about his time as a student here. He challenged them to continue to be strong in their faith, even when they are scared or embarrassed. Mr. Sims presented him with a gift from the teachers. Fr. Daniel was ordained today in Peoria and his first Mass will be tomorrow at Holy Trinity Church at 10:00. Please join in celebrating our very own graduate and priest as he begins his priesthood for the Diocese of Peoria! May God bless him and all of our students, past and present, as they continue to answer the call to whatever vocation God is calling them to!
