What a great way to hear about the exciting things happening in 4th grade as well as Spanish, Nutrition, Aspire, Library & STEAM!


8th grade Technology students were coding Arduino Circuit Boards! They used LED lights to blink out Morse Code. Then read all the different codes to find which words classmates coded.





We are excited for our stuffed animal party/sleepover in PreK 3!

We have a winner! 🏆📖 After weeks of exciting matchups, our 2nd-grade Battle of the Books has crowned Mr. S by Monica Arnaldo as the ultimate champion! 🎊



Our Junior High students celebrated National Ag Day in STEAM by learning about some of our favorite commodities. Then, they had a chance to create some culinary confections and enjoy their hard work!



4th grade students drove through Mini Golf Course holes that 7th grade STEAM students built!

5th grade spent many weeks constructing 3D puzzles in technology! This week they solved them in class!



Happy Pi Day everyone!!!
The junior high did some Pi day trivia today and here are some facts we learned in addition to the ones in the photo!
-it has been calculated out to over 200 trillion numbers and there’s still no end to it
-in the first million digits of pi, there are 99,959 zeros
-the symbol for pi was introduced in the year 1706

And the winner of the Corpus Christi Mock Caldecott Award goes to The Last Zookeeper by Aaron Becker!
Students in grades K -3 learned about the Caldecott Award which is given to an illustrator every year by the American Library Association. We then read four books that were nominated this year and voted on our favorite.

5th graders trying to solve the mystery of the missing ashes before tomorrow.








6th grade engineered a LEGO Robot! They coded the robot to make it move. They created a challenge for their classmates to complete.


Congratulations to our Junior High Band members who participated in Solo and Ensemble at Trinity Lutheran last night! Our three solos all received a 1 rating on their performances, which is the highest rating you can get! Our 8th grade girls trio received a 1, our 7th grade quintet received a 2, our 7th grade duet received a 2, our 6th grade trio received a 2, and our 6th grade quartet received a 2! Congrats to our students who spent several weeks preparing their music and did a wonderful job last night!








The 8th grade Aspire class students visited the BACC 8th Grade Career Expo at the Interstate Center! They had so many opportunities to experience hands on simulations as well as get some free items!! Great job students beginning with the end in mind and trying to decide on a path to your future career!
